What happens after I order?
You'll be immediately directed to a page where we'll get some basic information about your business. This should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. We'll get started on researching your business and contact you within two business days by phone to get any required information we need to create your site.
How can you do this so cheaply?
You're right. These are extremely inexpensive sites. Graphic design alone could cost you $1,000 or more. I was quoted $5,000 for just the graphic design of one of my own sites. You'd likely have to pay a writer $200 per page or more. And the Search Engine Optimization that we do to your site could be worth hundreds of additional dollars. However, the reason that we can create your site cheaply is because we have full time staff and don't have to contract out work for thousands of dollars. We use specially designed templates that we modify to create your site rather than custom design each one from scratch. And lastly, because we do so many of these optimized sites, we have systems in place that allow us to perform the work efficiently unlike typical web developers that have to start at square one to figure out the needs of each business.
I don't know what to write for my website
No problem. We do it all for you. We'll work with any existing materials you have and will create additional content as necessary. All pages will be written so that they are optimized to be found by the search engines.
Can I make changes to my site?
After your site is completed, you'll have a chance to go through the site to give us any corrections or changes you want. After we complete the changes and finalize the site you will be able to make unlimited updates to your site provided your site hosted with us. Updates are considered to be small changes that take less than 15 minutes to complete. Major modifications or overhauls that take more than 15 minutes will be billed at $80 per hour.

Do I have to host with you?
It's not required, but highly suggested. We'll make sure your site is secure and backed up on a regular basis. Why would you host such an important asset with an cheap unreliable hosting company. It's a small cost and well worth the peace of mind. When hosting with us, we will be available to you to at no cost to make any needed updates to your site. If you want to transfer your website to your own host there will be a $50 fee and we will take care of all details related to the transfer. In this case you will not be eligible for free maintenance and updates and those will have to be performed by you.
Will my site be unique?
Absolutely! We do use a template system to keep your costs down as we create your site, but we modify the design elements so that each website looks unique and distinctive.
Can I add things to my site like online scheduling, a shopping cart, newsletter sign-up form and things like that?
The Gold and Platinum packages are designed to provide you with a site that ranks highly in the search engines and provide visitors basic information about your business. If you need custom development, we'd be happy to help you, but there will be additional development costs.
Will my site rank in the number one position on Google?
No one can make those kinds of guarantees. There are too many factors that are outside of our control. Typically, our sites get to the first page of most search engines in a very short time frame. In addition, we will provide you with a comprehensive course with simple tasks you can do to help improve your rankings. If you don't have the time to do these assignments we can do them for you at very reasonable prices. This frees you up to do the things you do best in your business and will pretty much ensure you end up in one of the top three spots in Google.
Do I own the domain name and the website?
Absolutely! Other developers may keep your domain or have rights to your site. We've heard the horror stories. But when you work with us you can be assured that you have full ownership of your website and your domain.
What other services do you offer?
In the very near future we'll be offering low cost search engine ranking packages for your business website. These service packages will include search engine submissions, directory submissions, article writing, press release distribution, review site management, back link building and more. All these things are designed to increase the search engine ranking of your site as well as direct traffic to your site. We are in the process of creating the necessary systems so that this work is affordable for you.
